Glamping

• In the event that you need to cancel 8 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will be charged the total cost. There is also a £50 no refundable deposit if you cancel at any time

• We only accept bookings for two nights or more.

A £50 per caravan non refundable deposit is required to hold your booking.

• In the event that you need to cancel one week or less prior to your arrival date, you will be charged 80 per cent of the total cost. There will be a £50 fee if you cancel before 7 days

• Parking, driving or Caravan awnings must not be allowed on the grass.
• Arrival times from 1.30- 8 pm please don’t turn up before and block the drive way 
• Only one car is allowed per pitch. Additional parking is available for extra cars.
• No excessive noise on the park between 9pm and 7.30 am. Cars to be parked on the overflow car park if in use between 10pm and 7.30am.
• Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided including cigarette ends.
• Maximum of 4 people per pitch.
• No washing of caravans and cars on site.
• Keep pitch neat and tidy with no loose equipment outside the caravan when necessary.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead and any fouling removed and no excessive barking plus no more that 2 dogs per pitch.
• Caravan & Motorhome park is adults only, so anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed onsite at any time.
• No flying of drones.
• Barbeques are allowed however, they must be of a proper construction, and the base of the barbeque must not come into contact with the grass. Camp fires are not allowed. Please also ensure that coals are properly extinguished before placing in refuse bins.
• The management reserves the right to remove any person or property who in its opinion is not suitable to use the Park, or whose behaviour is considered by the management to be detrimental to the interests of other guests.
• No commercial vehicles allowed on site.  Plus converted campervan must be complete with kitchen, bed and electrical certificate. And Not to have large driveaway awnings as there main space.
• No Gazebo, No tents , 
• Dogs are not aloud to be left alone in caravan when owners leave the site.
• Please observe rules for coarse fishing. Only two rod allowed. No night fishing 
• No Heating or tv’s in awnings 
• If you would like to view pods please book an appointment at the office. Glamping area is private for glamping guest only  
• Seasonal pitches must disconnect water electrics when not occupied and awnings taken down from 21th September to 1st May.
• Seasonal pitches must notify us 90 days before the end of there term if they would like to renew there pitch or run the risk of losing it.

We welcome well behaved dogs of all sizes. The country lanes and many fields around the site are excellent for dog walking. There are four fishing lakes next to the site which are great to fish and also attract lots of wildlife.

The deposit is non refundable upon cancellation.
